Red
Lobster
Red
Lobster has consistently increased customer traffic and raised revenues
since it began teaming
with Special Olympics in 1985. Nearly 600 Red Lobster restaurants across
the United States and
Canada raised US$1.2 million two years in a row through their Cops and
Lobsters event. Here law
enforcement officers and celebrities serve as waiters, contributing their
tips to Special Olympics
and the Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics.
